Akash Landge

Akash is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who brings a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology to his practice. He graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy, where he completed an intensive program focused on therapeutic massage, injury rehabilitation, and pain management.

​

With a background as dentist in his home country, Akash has extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in TMJ treatment, helping clients manage jaw pain, headaches, and related muscular issues. His treatments include:

​

• Soft Tissue Dysfunction: Muscle strain, ligament sprains, hypertonicity, trigger points, and fascial restrictions.

• Pain Relief & Management: Musculoskeletal pain, chronic joint pain, nerve compression symptoms (e.g., sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome), and tension-related headaches.

• Joint Health & Mobility: Limited range of motion, stiff joints, and postural dysfunctions 

• Injury Rehabilitation & Prevention: Post-surgical scar tissue management, sports injury recovery, overuse injuries, and repetitive strain injuries.

• Circulatory & Lymphatic Issues: Poor peripheral circulation, and localized swelling

• Nervous System Regulation: Down-regulating a hyperactive sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight) to reduce stress, muscle guarding, and anxiety-related somatic tension.

 

He uses myofascial release, trigger point release, cranial sacral therapy, and active release therapy. Having worked in clinical, dental, and sports settings alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals, he integrates a multidisciplinary approach to pain relief and rehabilitation.

​He is passionate about therapeutic massage and focuses on delivering effective, results-driven treatments while ensuring a comfortable and personalized experience.

Outside of work, Akash enjoys spending quality time with his family and has a love for soccer. He believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness and looks forward to being a part of your journey toward feeling your best.
